UMKC admin center 2 Jan 2007

So the bill came for the spring semester at UMKC and the included window-envelope did not match the address on the returnable bill stub. I wrote a check and took it to the admin center and dropped it in the fee payment box. I told the information desk receptionist type person who sits next to the front door of the admin center about the window envelope problem but she didn't want to hear about it, saying that she is not the one who sends out the bills. I wished her a happy new year and a good day and she returned the blessing.
