The twitter client I don't have time to writeIt looks like I don't have enough tuits to implement my idea for an improved twitter web interface, along with all the other things I really need to get finished, so I'm going to just describe it for you. 1: it works more like a newsreader, by presenting the streams you follow oldest first, starting with the last time you caught up. This solves the frustration with wanting to read everything and not knowing how far you have to read to get to things you've seen before. 2: responses are held until you're done catching up, then bursted out. This mitigates the problem of coming in on the end of conversations. 3: tweets that are in response to something are associated with that something more readily and less disruptively 4: time is indicated differently; possibly with a horizontal bar every hour, or by background shading in accordance with available sunlight. 5: facebook-like prioritization I think I may have just described a decent RSS client; so, integration of other data sources as well.
