So I survived my first experience teaching college. ITT-tech campus #29
experienced a crisis when their linux system administration instructor
had to leave in the middle of their quarter for personal reasons, and
through the magic of social networking I wound up filling his shoes for
two months.

All twenty-two of the students are now capable of setting up a linux server
in a small office installation setting. Soon they will be quitting their
jobs in food service.

Recent achievements:

Successfully goading the perl module authors list into porting
the provided CMU reCaptcha code to a perl module; Andy "hexten" Armstrong
rose to the challenge.

Had a nice lunch with the business development advisors as discussed in
previous posting; talked scope and valuations; they're supposed to get
back to me; I'm supposed to pester them to get back to me.

The possibility of setting up Advenge whitelisting at UMKC exists, that
would be very good.

I just realized that with the kids and all Ellen and I entirely failed
to have our big james-bond themed new year's party five months ago, as
we discussed back at the turn of the M.
